21 Days Campaign Overview

21 Days of Prayer and Lament

2 Chronicles 7:14 says, “ if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” Our land needs tremendous healing, and here are some ways we are working for change.

8:00 am for 21 days, we are going to take a short moment to humble ourselves as we lament all the racial injustice that has occurred in our land and pray for God to bring restoration and healing. To participate call in with this number: 214-301-0536

For 21 days, Pastors who are passionate about racial unity and justice will share from the scriptures ways to understand what is happening and how the Church can confidently engage. Find those devotionals @facebook.com/wearethreaded

#IAMNOTATHREAT

Fear drives many to racism, discrimination, and violence, but what if we worked to take the fear away. We are launching the I AM NOT A THREAT movement. With the #iamnotathreat and #iamnotathreatIamthreaded movement and gear, we hope to help break down the fear that drives us apart and create a bridge that will draw us together. When you post use #iamnotathreat or #iamnotathreatiamthread.

Justice Reform Letter

During this campaign many are wondering what they can do to bring systemic change to law enforcement. We have drafted a Justice Reform Letter that presents five reforms we believe could help protect the public and law enforcement. Utilizing the template below you and your friends and family can insert your names into the letter and send it to the appropriate members of the government at all levels. We have also provided links and examples to help you on your way as well as a deeper explanation of the reforms. This is a chance to take an active role in affecting the systems of injustice in our country.
